Production & Fulfillment Lead Time
All One Wired alternators are built to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships. Lead times may extend during peak periods or for custom configurations — we'll communicate any delays directly.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Economy shipping is automatically applied to qualifying domestic orders at or above $50 before taxes.
Expedited services (3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air) ship on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT on Friday or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created. For UPS shipments, use UPS Tracking. For international USPS or DHL shipments, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Destination Limitations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available to most countries; however, some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or trade regulations. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@1wired.com.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS services. USPS international orders may ship to P.O. Boxes where permitted by the destination postal service.
Rate Changes
Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing adjustments. The rate displayed at checkout is the final rate applied to your order at the time of purchase.
